Commissioning Process
For Preserved Flowers Resin Artworks
(with Fresh Flowers)

 

Step 1: Reserve a spot  *skip to step 3 if you received your flowers today

Make a reservation for the date when your flowers will be sent to us (we recommend flowers to be sent to us on the day of your wedding/the day you receive the flowers or latest by the following morning).  

Once date availability has been confirmed, please make a deposit of 50% to secure your reservation.  Your booking is only confirmed after we receive your deposit.  

 

Please note this deposit is non-refundable and it will be credited towards the final total of your bespoke resin artworks.  A minimum spending of $568 minimum spent is required.  If total spending falls below minimum amount, there will be a charge for the preservation of flowers.

 

Step 2: Send us your flowers

Send your flowers to us on the day of your booking with us, or you may choose to have us collect it from you at $20 per location or on-site collection (recommended if venue arrangement collection is required) at $50 per location .

* If you just received your flowers as a gift, a 50% deposit must be made before sending the flowers to us. 

 

Step 3: Preservation & layout (estimate 1 to 1.5 weeks)

Your flowers will be carefully groomed and deconstructed for the drying process.  This varies between 7 to 14 days depending the type of flowers.  Once all the flowers are dried, we will propose a minimum of 3 layouts for your selection based on the sizes of the artworks you require.  We are happy to schedule a consultation to finalize the design in person or via whatsapp.

Do note that these flowers will change a lot once dried:

- red roses ---> dark red wine colour

- tulips (any colour) ---> does not retain its original colours after casting in resin (turns off        

                                         white, unless it is dyed)

- peonies (any colour) ---> may not retain its original colours after casting in resin

- clementis ---> may loose its colour richness over time in resin

- dried flowers (artificially coloured) ---> colours may run during casting in resin

Step 4: Creation of Artwork (estimate 2 to 6 weeks)​​

Once selection of layout is confirmed, we will proceed with the creation of your artworks. Depending on the size and number of artworks ordered, this process varies from 2 to 6 weeks.  You will not be allowed to make changes thereafter.  From time to time, we may make minor changes without notice.  Any additions like names, dates, quotes and/or embellishments must be confirmed before we proceed on to this step.

 

Step 5: Final Finishings (estimate 1 week)

After the artwork is fully completed, additional works such as sanding, polishing and/or  a final layer of resin will be done on the artwork.  Once all the final touch ups are completed, you will be required to make payment for the balance of your order within seven (7) working days.  Once payment has been received, your commissioned artworks will be ready to be collected or sent to you.

 

Unused Preserved Flowers

If you wish to have the leftover unused preserved flowers to be returned to you, they will be placed in a flat box or a thick box with desiccants to keep your flowers dry.  They are chargeable at $18 and $28 per box respectively.  Our preserved flowers is not suitable to be left in the open as they will continue to absorb moisture from our humidity and the flowers will soften and loose its colours.

 Once you have confirmed the artwork size and/or confirmed on a completion date, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

Once you have confirmed a booking, you will provide us with a colour theme or the type of flowers you like in your artworks.  We will not be able to show you all the flowers that we have (trust me, it is a lot ).  Then we will propose a minimum of 3 layouts for your selection based on the sizes of the artworks you require.  We are happy to schedule a consultation to finalize the design in person or via whatsapp.

All Other Abstract Artworks
 

Step 1: Reserve a spot 

Make a reservation for the date when would you like to receive your completed artworks.  Please buffer at least 1 - 2 weeks for the artworks' process.  In the event if the artwork's size required is not available, please allow at least 2 more weeks for us to fabricate it.  

 

All abstract resin artworks are done on a wooden panel (unframed).  Alcohol ink abstract artworks can be done in resin itself, on wood / aluminium panels or on synthetic paper with/without frame.

You will provide us with a colour theme or just leave us to it.  We are happy to schedule a consultation to finalize the design in person or via whatsapp.
